  With many different options to choose from for Heat and Air services in the Triad, I'm glad I went with Eanes. Abe Kingbird, the service technician, was excellent. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He serviced 3 units for me. One needed a replacement part, he looked up the part and realized it was still under warranty, replaced it the same day and Eanes handled all of the warranty information. As well as working into the evening hours to accommodate my schedule, he let my dog sit on his lap while looking at one of the units which automatically puts him ahead on the competition.

  Eanes was wonderful. They worked me in to come and fix my air-conditioner the day I called. The technician was running late due to another service call and the office called to let me know. When Tyler got here he was very kind and professional as well as honest about what was going on. Their prices seemed fair as well. I will definitely be using them again!
