  We were in this store a little over a week ago on a Saturday, and we were treated terribly. Short term, we were looking for one item, long term (in the next several months and years) we were considering many more items as we are beginning to replace some of our furniture. We were not even acknowledged after being in the store for nearly an hour. The one worker who was there tended to one family the entire time, which is not our gripe. Our gripe is that, at no point in time did the worker even say, "Hello, how are you? Give me a moment and I will be with you." We even tried to sit in some furniture next to him and the family to see if he would acknowledge us. We just left and decided to go to a different store, and in fact paid more for the item that we wanted; however, we could not be happier with the purchase considering the treatment we received at Hanes Furniture. Our money spends just like anyone else's; however, we would rather spend more and be treated the way we would treat others.... with respect. We did not shop there for their "No Credit Check" offer, as we would never take credit from a furniture store... we don't need it. My husband and I will likely never spend our hard earned dollar at Hanes Furniture, and will be sure to share our experience with everyone we know.

  they don't bother you bc they are low key, slow paced southerners- but they are polite, honest and friendly. We bought a shay's sectional there that was made in NC with Serta fabric and we LOVE it. We will be back
